Rules
- For detailed rules please see an NHRA Rulebook (available at the track or obtain with NHRA membership.)
- All participants under 18, must have a minor release form signed by both parents (to obtain a minor release form call 612-280-7301)

ET Series Competition Categories

Trophy Eliminator  - Win 2 Rounds, Win a Trophy!
Street Eliminator - cars and trucks, no gizmos (8.00 and up)
Pro Street - cars and trucks, no gizmos (0 – 7.99)
Super Bikes/Sleds - all street bikes and snowmobiles

Money Eliminator (cars / trucks / bikes / snowmobiles)
Super Pro - Electronics allowed (0 – 8.00)
Sportsman - No electronics allowed, trans brakes and 2 steps okay

Super Quick  Trophies to Final Four (16 car minimum)
Non-Gizmo competitors who are knocked out of competition early, can pay an extra fee and get into this additional eliminator competition run near the end of the day.

Gambler Races - 85% payback
For Gizmo and Non-Gizmo Racers.

To Qualify to compete at the prestigious NHRA Summit Racing Series ET Finals, or win cash & prizes,  you must join the Grove Creek Championship Series.
 - $30 entrance fee to be eligible
 - Count your best 12 points races
 - Points awarded for attendance and rounds won
 - Cash, Trophies and Prizes awarded at banquet
 - 'Perfect attendance' Prize - for attending all points races you will receive a FREE $50 Test day 
 - Money Class Cash & Prizes
        - Winner = $600 Cash, Trophy & NHRA Champion Jacket
        - Runner Up = $250 Cash & Trophy
 - Trophy Class Prizes
        - Winner = Champ Trophy and NHRA Champion Jacket
        - Other Places = Trophy

National DRAGSTER, the weekly publication of the National Hot Rod Association, presents its popular National DRAGSTER Challenge for E.T. bracket racers at NHRA member tracks. The winner of each event is rewarded with a special-edition pewter Wally trophy, the most coveted prize in drag racing.

Only tracks supporting the NHRA Summit Racing Series program are eligible to stage this event. Winners compete head to head with dials to become the King of the Track champion, who will receive a coveted NHRA Wally and King of the Track hat and NHRA Champion Jacket.

Sept 12 thru 14, 2008

NHRA Summit Racing Series racers compete for points and cash awards at a number of qualifying events at 140 NHRA member tracks throughout North America. Drivers who earn the most points are eligible to compete for individual and team honors at the NHRA Summit Racing Series Finals in each of NHRA's seven divisions. Individual winners receive a division trophy and travel expenses to attend the NHRA Summit Racing Series National Finals in Pomona, Calif., held in conjunction with the NHRA POWERade season closer, where they will compete for a national championship, $5,000, a national champion's trophy, and bragging rights for the year.

Be A Winner, Be A Member rewards NHRA members who win a race at an NHRA member track with prizes from sponsors.
